The house, built in the traditional Canarian style at the beginning of the 20th Century, was originally an agricultural dwelling and was renovated in 2002 but retains its traditional structure. Its advantageous location with views of an impressive ravine, offers the peace and tranquillity you are looking for. A spacious living-room is ideal for reading or enjoying music in a cosy space. It provides all the equipment necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Natural light has been taken into account during the restoration process along with the combination and harmony of the furniture which makes for a warm atmosphere and is accompanied by antique objects which have also been restored. The terrace has a barbecue, aromatic herbs and fruit trees bearing oranges, lemons and papayas, according to the season. The countryside and sunny climate can be enjoyed while soaking in the SPA-JACUZZI with its beds of bubbles and relaxing jets.

A hundred-year-old house which is located in the "La Solana" district in the region of Tejeda within the "Nublo" Rural Park. Surrounded by mountains, the location is a privileged one. It is situated under the "Roque Bentayga" and has views of the "Roque Nublo" on the other side, both of which are symbolic landmarks of Gran Canaria. The "La Solana" district maintains the traditional and authentic warm climate which is ideal for rural tourism to be able to enjoy enchanting landscape in the open air; ravines, farm land, magnificent hillsides of great beauty in which to switch off and forget about time. It?s ideal for rest and relaxation with plenty of opportunities for hiking along the traditional paths. Rural accommodation is the best option to spend a few days rest in an essentially rural paradise. The agricultural and livestock culture in this region welcome visitors with excellent local produce. Tejeda is well-known for its exquisite cheeses, almond desserts, potatoes and fruits. The altitude of this region and the clarity of the sky also makes stargazing one of the most unique and attractive activities on offer. The "Roque Bentayga" is one of the most beautiful basaltic peaks which geology has left in the Canaries. It rises more than 1400 metres inside the Tejeda volcanic basin. Nearby is the Cuevas del Rey (King's Caves) settlement where cave paintings can be found. Without doubt, the most important and most visited part of the "Roque Bentayga" is located at the eastern side of its base; a sacred aboriginal place of worship which is called "Almogarén del Bentayga". It is a curious construction carved into the rock with a square floor and small passages and alcoves. Its importance has brought about the creation an Archaeological Park at the foot of the "Roque Bentayga" which aims to be an Interpretation Centre which is open to the public.
